background of the fact that the respondent-Chief Conservator of Forest (CCF), Kolhapur in his affidavit dated 26.10.2020 has disclosed that the Forest Department is in the process of issuing notices to the violators. Therefore, the applicant will approach the Tribunal again once the process initiated by the Forest Department is concluded. She has prayed for issuing a direction to the Forest Department to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
