registered on the basis of letter petitions for exercise of suo motu jurisdiction.

The above said Original Applications were disposed of vide judgment dated 28.01.2026.

M.A. No. 50/2026 was filed by respondent no. 9 for grant of six month’s time from 01.03.2026 for constitution of the Joint Committee and submission of the report, which was disposed of vide order dated 25.05.2026 with direction to the Joint Committee (already constituted by

respondent no. 9) to file interim report within three months and final report within six months and the Registry was directed to list the matter on 25.08.2026 for consideration of the interim report and on 25.11.2026 for consideration of final report.

In compliance of order dated 25.05.2026, interim report 20.08.2026 has been filed which has been registered as M.A. No. 71/2026 and listed before the Bench.

In the interim report, it has been mentioned that all the major works, such as the wharf, approach road, and drainage system have been completed by DRM, North Central Railway, Prayagraj Division, Uttar Pradesh, and the remaining works are likely to be completed by the end of current financial year.

The present M.A. No. 71/2026 is disposed of with the direction that further compliance report with respect to all directions given by this Tribunal vide judgment dated 28.01.2026 may be filed within six months and the same may be listed before the Bench on 25.11.2026 by the Registry by registering the same as Miscellaneous Application and thereafter further report may be filed on or before 31.12.2026 and the same may be listed before the Bench by the Registry by registering the same as Miscellaneous Application on 11.01.2027 for such further orders as may be considered necessary.
