The reply on behalf of Respondent No. 3 HPPCB has been filed. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1, 2, 4 and 5 submits that replies have been filed yesterday. The Registry is directed to examine it and place on record. Rejoinder, if any, can be filed by the Applicant within four weeks.

I.A. No. 27/2026 has been filed for impleadment/intervention by Haroli Crushers Employers Association. The applicant is granted four weeks’ time to file reply to the I.A.

I.A. No. 76/2026 has been filed by the applicant for amendment of the OA. On due consideration, the I.A. is allowed and the applicant is permitted to carryout the amendment in the O.A. and file amended copy of the O.A.

I.A. No. 78/2026 has been filed for impleadment of the additional respondents. The applicant is seeking the impleadment of as many as four additional respondents. On due consideration, the I.A. is allowed. The applicant is directed to amend the cause title of the O.A. and also file amended memo of parties. He is also directed to serve the newly added respondents and file affidavit of service at least one week before the next date of hearing.
