A letter has been circulated by Counsel for the applicant seeking adjournment on the ground of personal difficulty. The prayer is allowed.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.9 submits that the cost has been deposited in terms of the order of the Tribunal dated 08.07.2026 and the reply has been filed.

I.A. No. 723/2026:- an application for expungement of paragraph 5 of the order dated 08.07.2026 has been filed by respondent no.3-SEIAA U.P. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 submits that in terms of the order of the Tribunal dated 08.07.2026, cost of Rs. 5000/- has already been deposited. She has submitted that though the reply was filed on 07.07.2026 by the SEIAA, U.P. but the same was filed belatedly. Hence, it could not be come on record.

In view of this, she has prayed for the modification of paragraph 5 of the order dated 08.07.2026. On due consideration, the facts disclosed by the Counsel for respondent no.3 are taken on record and paragraph 5 of the order dated 08.07.2026 is accordingly clarified/modified and the application filed by respondent no.3 is disposed of.
