From the side of Respondent No.1- GCZMA, learned counsel Mr. Shubham S. Priolkar has put in appearance and raised formal objection only against the delay codonation application/I.A.

Since none has appeared today from the side of remaining Respondents, i.e. Respondent No.2- The Collector and District Magistrate

Collector & SDO, Bardez; Respondent No.4- The Secretary, Village Panchayat of Siolim Marna, Bardez; and Respondent No.5- Alex Pereira, to raise objection against the delay codonation application/I.A., we allow I.A. No.53 of 2026 (WZ) and condone the delay of 56 days in filing the present appeal.

We direct that Respondents may file replies to the main appeal within two weeks and a copy of the same be also served upon all the other parties in advance, who may file rejoinder affidavit against the same, if any, within one week thereafter.
