I.A. No. 51/2026/EZ was filed by 18 applicants mentioned in the memo of parties in the abovesaid I.A. for their impleadment as respondents on the ground that they are bonafide purchasers of the land in question which is claimed by the applicant to be pond.

Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsels for the respondents have no objection, if the abovesaid I.A. No. 51/2026/EZ is allowed to the extent of impleadment of the abovesaid applicants as respondents.

In view of no objection and reasons mentioned in I.A. No. 51/2026/EZ, the same is allowed to the extent of impleadment of the 18 applicants as respondents no. 4 to 21.

Responses by respondents no. 4 to 21 may be filed within one month.

Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant seeks time for filing of objections to the report of the Fact-Finding Committee and the counter affidavit dated 30.03.2026 filed by WBSPCB, which prayer is allowed and the same may be filed within one month.
