Learned Counsel for the Bhopal Municipal Corporation Mr. Om Shankar Shrivastava has put in appearance and submitted that the Joint Committee Report was filed by the State PCB but the same is not on record. Office is directed to trace it and keep it on record.

Learned Counsel for the State Mr. Prashant M. Harne has submitted that two I.As. are pending filed by the Applicant.

This I.A. is meant to direct the State Authorities to implement the GRAP Stage-III/State-IV whenever AQI enters the “Very Poor”, “Severe” or “Severe+” category.

The State PCB is directed to take necessary actions according to rules and submit the report before the next date of listing.

The I.A. No.01/2026 stands disposed of accordingly.

This is an application for clarification or modification in the direction clause issued in Original Application No.181/2025(CZ). The crux of the application is that two matters, namely, Original Application No.181/2025(CZ) and Original Application No.192/2025(CZ), have been filed touching the same issue.

The facts involved in this application relating to air pollution in the city or the State have been quoted and narrated in another application. That does not change the nature of air pollution or the issue involved. However, we direct that the Original Application No.181/2025(CZ) and Original Application No.192/2025(CZ) may be taken together on the next date.

The Tribunal is keen to be apprised of the various technical issues involved in handling the air pollution in non-attainment cities of Madhya Pradesh. It is therefore, directed that the five members of the Joint Committee to remain present during next date of hearing for apprising the Tribunal in this matter.

Rest of the Respondents are directed to submit the reply within two weeks.
