Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks four weeks’ time to file the Rejoinder. IA No. 162/2026 has been filed by the counsel for the SEIAA, UP seeking waiver/recall of imposition of cost imposed by the order dated 15.12.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the SEIAA, UP submits that the SEIAA was constituted only on 26.08.2025 thereafter only one adjournment was taken and since there was a need for filing the additional reply therefore on 15.12.2025 when the matter was listed the prayer for further time to file additional affidavit was made. In the IA, the circumstance under which such a prayer was made has been disclosed in support of the plea that the adjournment sought was bonafide and was not to cause the delay.

For the reasons which are disclosed in the IA, we accept the prayer and allow the IA by waiving the cost of Rs. 15,000/- which has been imposed by the order dated 15.12.2025.

In the meanwhile, it will be open to all other Respondents to file the reply within four weeks, if not already filed and rejoinder thereto can be filed within two weeks thereafter.
