ORDER
I.A. No.20 of 2026(SZ):
1. Heard the learned counsels.
2. Though the delay is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the SEIAA – Tamil Nadu, having satisfied with the reasons furnished in the affidavit for condoning the delay, the delay is condoned.
3. Accordingly, the delay condonation application [I.A. No.20 of 2026 (SZ)] is allowed.
Appeal No.10 of 2026(SZ):
4. Let notice be issued to the sole respondent through the Tribunal as well as privately.
5. The learned counsel Dr. D. Shanmuganathan representing Mr. S. Sai Sathya Jith accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent.
