ORDER
1. The interlocutory application [I.A. No.125 of 2023(SZ)] is filed for impleading the Department of Irrigation, State of Andhra Pradesh, the Department of Forest, State of Andhra Pradesh and one Ms. Gali Vasumathi as additional Respondents No.11 to 13 respectively.
2. The reason for impleading Respondent No.13is that the lands bearing Survey Nos.904, 904-B, 904-C, 905-2, 908-1, 9091 and 909-2 are owned by the proposed party.
3. In this regard, the District Collector, in his report, has stated that the notices were issued for eviction and that the said Gali Vasumati had preferred awrit petition [W.P. No.24925 of 2024] before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The said Writ Petition was disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession unless followed by the due process of law.
4. There is yet another Writ Petition filed by the very same partyas W.P. No.25467 of 2024 , challenging the eviction notice, which was also disposed of stating that it is open to the authorities to proceed as per law.
5. In this regard, O.S. No. 103 of 2024 , on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ananthapuramu, is also stated to be pending for declaration of title and permanent injunction.

6. As already there are several litigations initiated by the said party and orders have been issued by the Hon’ble High Court and the same will take its logical conclusion.
7. Hence, the application for impleadment is not necessary and accordingly, the Interlocutory Application [I.A. No. 125 of 2023(SZ)] is disposed of .
