1) In view of the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.8039 of 2026 by the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana, the learned counsel for the Review Applicant wants to withdraw the Review Application No.01 of 2026 (SZ).

2) Similarly, Mr. S. Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant in Miscellaneous Application No.01 of 2026 (SZ) seeks to withdraw the application.

3) In view of the above statement made by the learned counsels, the Review Application No.01 of 2026 (SZ) & Miscellaneous Application No.01 of 2026 (SZ) are dismissed as withdrawn.
