1. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms. Nikitha Surabhi, the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submitted that a memo dated 25.08.2026 has been filed, seeking withdrawal of the present appeal.
2. The contents of the above-said memo are usefully
extracted below:
“1. The Appellant has filed the instant appeal before this Hon‟ble Tribunal against the Respondent seeking quashing of the Final Notice dated 11 June 2024, and the Reminder Notice – 1 dated 11 July 2024 issued by the Respondent to the Appellant and the allied proceedings in connection with the alleged noncompliance of the Appellant‟s Sewage Treatment Plant with the legally prescribed parameters ( ‘Impugned Proceedings’ ).

WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon‟ble Tribunal may be pleased to take the instant memo on record and permit the Appellant to withdraw the instant appeal, in the interests of justice and equity.”
