In compliance with our previous order dated 19.06.2026 passed in Appeal Nos.33 of 2026 (WZ) to 37 of 2026 (WZ), Appeal No.39 of 2026(WZ), Appeal Nos.41 of 2026 (WZ) to 53 of 2026 (WZ), the Registry has converted these appeals into Original Application Nos.102 of 2026 (WZ) to 120 of 2026 (WZ) . Hence from 07.07.2026 onwards, the aforesaid appeals are no longer in existence.

In view of above, we direct that Appeal Nos.33 of 2026 (WZ) to 37 of 2026 (WZ), Appeal No.39 of 2026(WZ), Appeal Nos.41 of 2026 (WZ) to 53 of 2026 (WZ) be treated as disposed of.
