By our previous order dated 27.10.2025, we had granted one month’s time to learned counsel for the appellant to place on record Certified Compliance Report (CCR) issued by the MoEF&CC, regarding which he has moved I.A. No.858 of 2025 (WZ), praying therein for permission to be granted to submit RTI Report, in which it is mentioned that no such application is available. Therefore, he has stated that no CCR was issued by Respondent No.1- MoEF&CC despite the expansion of EC dated 11.07.2025 having been allowed. We allow this I.A. and direct the Registry to take on record the said document.

I.A. No.858 of 2025 (WZ) stands disposed of accordingly.

By our previous order dated 20.11.2025, we had called for a report from Respondent No.1 – MoEF&CC and Respondent No.2 – SEIAA, Maharashtra as to whether construction of building “J” (earlier known as “K”) had been done by the Project Proponent prior to the grant of EC dated 11.07.2025, but none of them have filed their replies till date. In this regard, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 seeks two weeks’ time and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 seeks four weeks’ time to submit the same. We grant them the said time.

Put up this matter for further consideration on 02.02.2026.
