Applicant has filed I.A No. 77 of 2025/EZ praying for quashing/setting aside of the notice inviting Tender dated 16.07.2025 for Award of Minor Mineral Concession Area of Jagiroad Stone Mining Area No. F(6), Sonaikusi, Reserve Forest, Jagiroad, Morigaon” Bid Reference No: NGN-T/MMCA/F-6/2025 and staying the same till the pendency of

the present Original Application.

Learned Senior counsel for respondents no. 2 and 5 has submitted that Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Division, Nagaon has issued Order No. O.O. No. 146(B) dated 14.11.2025 cancelling bid/tender initiated by his office for appointing an agency for awarding the Minor Mineral Concession for Jagiroad Stone Mining Area No. F (6), located in Sonaikusi Reserve Forest, Jagiroad, Morigaon, vide NIT No. FNGT/Jagoroad Stone Mining Area No. F (6)/5157 dated 16.07.2025 due to technical issue.

Copy of the above mentioned Order has been placed before the Bench, which is taken on record.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant has conceded that I.A. No. 77/2025/EZ has become infructuous.

In view of the above, I.A. No. 77/2025/EZ is disposed of as having become infructuous.

I.A. No. 101/2025/EZ was filed by respondent no. 2 for transfer of present Original Application to Principal Bench of this Tribunal.

Learned Senior Counsel for respondents no. 2 and 5 has submitted that respondent no. 2 does not press I.A. No. 101/2025/EZ.
