By this appeal filed under section 16 (h) of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010, appellant has challenged the Environmental Clearance dated 23.09.2025 issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF & CC) to the Respondent No. 1.

There is a delay in filing this appeal, hence I.A. No. 760/2025 has been filed by the appellant seeking condonation of delay.

Issue notice in I.A. No. 760/2025 to the Respondents. Ms. Petal Chandhok, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of R – 1 and Mr. Bhanwar Pal Singh Jadon, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of R – 3, 4 & 6 and seeks four weeks’ time to file the reply.

Appellant is directed to supply a copy of Memo of Appeal along with enclosure in I.A. No. 760/2025 to the counsel for Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 & 6 within three days. Appellant is also directed to serve the remaining respondents and file affidavit of service at least one week before the next date of hearing.

I.A. No. 761/2025 has been filed by the appellant seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order. On due consideration, I.A. No. 761/2025 is allowed.

The Respondent - MoEF & CC is directed to produce the original record leading to passing of the impugned order at the time of hearing of the Appeal.
