Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.10 submits that reply has been filed yesterday evening after the working hours of the Tribunal, therefore, it has not come on record. Office is directed to place it on record. It will be open to Counsel for the applicant to file rejoinder to the same within one week.

I.A. No. 235/2025:- for impleadment has been filed. Counsel for the applicant has no objection in allowing the same. On due consideration IA is allowed. It will be open to the newly added respondent to file reply within one week. Let the cause title of the original application be amended within one week.
