ORDER
The matter has been highlighted in the Newspaper Danik Bhasker, Bhopal dated 14.03.2024 with the facts with regards to hawkers corners, which has been reported to be completed before 8 months. It is further narrated that the date of operation is not disclosed till date. The matter highlighted is with regard to the land and boundaries of the construction activities. The perusal of the report reveals that the construction is complete, no specific allegation has been raised, since the matter requires specific consideration thus anyone aggrieved may file an appropriate application according to rules and procedure. The matter discloses in the news reporting are not sufficient to proceed with the NGT Act.
With these observations the Original Application No. 109/2024 stands disposed of.
