This is an application to review the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Tribunal in O.A. No. 64 of 2024. The ground for filing this application as narrated is that the review petitioner moved an application before the court of Civil Judge District Bhilwara bearing case no. 4 of 2013 which was decided by the Court and aggrieved by the order another application has been filed before the Senior Civil Judge bearing case no. 37 of 2019 and suitable order was passed and application was disposed of.

Again an application under Section 97 of Rajasthan Panchayat Rajya Adhiniyam 1994, was filed before the Collector Bhilwara (Rajasthan) and the application was dismissed. The matter was raised before the Tehsildar Hurda, who has submitted the report according to rules.

It is further narrated that S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 18679 of 2019 was also filed before the Hon’ble High Court which is pending or decided.

In view of the above facts and the contents as laid down in the application, there are more than 61 litigants as respondents and the matter is a Civil dispute with regard to the land, which is not in any way connected with the National Green Tribunal Act. The applicant is in habit of filing the repeated application/cases/writ petitions before the appropriate forum at different time and misusing the platforms of the courts for own purpose.

This Review Application No. 06/2024 (CZ) as filed is not maintainable and dismissed .
