I.A No 404/2024: This is an Application filed by Gaurav Taneja

requesting to be added as co-applicant. No consent for impleadment as applicant has been obtained from applicants who have initially filed Original Application. Applicant No. 02 Sh. Kapil Dev is present virtually and states that he has objection in impleadment of Gaurav Taneja as coapplicant.

In view of thereof, I.A No. 404/2024 for impleadment as coapplicant is hereby is rejected. However, applicant seeking impleadment

is at liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law if he has any cause of action..

I.A No 405/2024: This is an application by Gaurav Taneja seeking certain directions to Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana.

In view of our order passed above in I.A No 404/2024, whereby his application for impleadment as co-applicant has been rejected, this Application also stands rejected.

Original Application No. 793/2022 : Learned counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana stated that he may be permitted to file additional affidavit to show what is the area of construction of library

as also area of Maharana Pratap Park under relevant record of Municipality and Revenue Authorities by placing approved layout plan.

He may do so within two weeks.
