I.A. No. 341/2024 has been filed by the applicant-All India Buffalo and Sheep Meat Exporters Association through its authorized representative for impleadment in this OA as respondent. It has been pointed out that the applicant is a Registered Society and it is an umbrella body of Registered Meat Exporters, parties dealing in domestic markets, livestock, and animal husbandry.

It is not in dispute that any order passed in this OA may have impact on the members of the applicant’s Association and therefore, they are the necessary party in this OA.

Considering the interest of the applicant involved in the matter, the

IA has not been opposed by any of the party.

On due consideration, IA No. 341/2024 is allowed and the applicant in the IA is impleaded as respondent no. 4 in this OA. Let the amended memo of parties be prepared.

Learned Counsel for respondent no. 4 is granted 10 day’s time to file the response in the OA and it will be open to the applicant to file rejoinder thereto within one week thereafter.
