This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Applicants of the I.A. with the prayer that they are necessary party to the present proceedings since they are the persons who have purchased the land in question.

We accordingly allow the I.A. No.22/2024/EZ. Let Aloke Kumar Mondal son of Late Krishnapada Mondal; Ashish Kumar Mondal son of Late Krishnapada Mondal; Samar Kumar Mondal son of Late Bhimchandra Mondal and Shyamal Kumar Mondal son of Late Bhimchandra Mondal be impleaded in the array of Respondents as Respondent Nos.6, 7, 8 and 9 respectively.

The newly added Respondents shall file their counter-affidavits within four weeks.

Mr. Kallol Basu, learned Counsel shall provide copy of the I.A. No.22/2024/EZ to all the learned Counsel for the Respondents today itself.
