After the previous order, fresh report has been filed by the Municipal Corporation, Jhansi on 30.07.2024. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the copy of the said report has not been supplied to him.

Counsel for the respondent, Municipal Corporation, Jhansi is directed to supply a copy thereof to Counsel for the applicant within three days. It will be open to the Counsel for the applicant to file response/objection to the report within a period of three weeks thereafter. Learned Counsel for the applicant in I.A.
