ORDER
1. There is no serious objection for condoning the delay from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board. Considering the averments made in the affidavit in support of the delay condonation application and having been satisfied with the same, the delay of 28 days is condoned.
2. Accordingly, the delay condonation applications viz., I.A. Nos.103, 102, 101,100 of 2024(SZ) in Appeal Nos.55 to 58 (SZ) respectively are allowed.
3. Let the appeals [ Appeal Nos.55 to 58 (SZ) ] be listed for admission on 06.09.2024.
