1. This interlocutory application [I.A. No. 107 of 2022 (SZ)] was filed by the applicant to reopen the matter which is reserved for Judgment and posted today for pronouncement of Judgement for the purpose of considering the Interlocutory Application No. 109 of 2022 (SZ) which was filed seeking the following directions:-

“(1) Direct the Director of Environment, Government of Tamil Nadu to

issue tender for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for remediation in compliance of the orders of the Tribunal within a time frame fixed by the Tribunal and

(2) Pass such order or further orders, as may be fit, proper and necessary

in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.”

2. As regards the prayer in this application is concerned, it is for this Tribunal to consider the question while disposing the matter as to what is the nature of direction to be given for that purpose and there is no necessity to reopen the matter.

3. So, under such circumstances, we feel that that there is no necessity to reopen the matter.

With the above observation, I.A. No. 107 of 2022 (SZ) and I.A. No. 109 of
2022 (SZ) are disposed of accordingly.
