20.02.2019: After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant for a while I am of the considered opinion that having regard to the nature of impugned order, there was no occasion for the Appellant to feel aggrieved and assail the same in appeal. The appeal is devoid of any merit. It is accordingly dismissed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
Learned Adjudicating Authority is requested to expedite the disposal of the matter.
