18.02.2019: Since after hearing learned counsel for the Appellant I find that the interim direction passed in MA 466/2019 in CP 4409/213, 241-242/ MB/2018 requiring the parties to maintain status quo regarding the fixed assets and shareholding of the company is in force only till today, the matter being posted for hearing on 18th February, 2019, the appeal has been rendered infructuous. I therefore refrain from making any observation on the merits of the case. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
