[2] Mr. S. Thoi Thoi, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that though the matter is pending from 2017 onwards since the writ petitioner was died and the legal heirs have not contacted him even after sending letter to the party by namely the legal heirs of the writ
petitioner. Therefore, he is unable to proceed the case. Hence, he is not pressing the case.
