This is an application filed by the applicant/petitioner praying for withdrawal of the writ petition being WP(C) No. 405 of 2021 with liberty to file a fresh writ petition to which Shri Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection and accordingly, the application stands allowed.
