Ms. L. Sanjeeka, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the contempt case, an order has been passed by the respondents because of which the contempt case has become infructuous and accordingly, the contempt case stands closed. However, it is open to her to question the said order if the petitioners are aggrieved by it.
Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 2 while Dr. R.K. Deepak, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 1.
