[2] Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant represented that he has filed a fresh Misc.Application in MC[Cont.Cas(C)] No.64 of 2021 seeking the prayer to allow the present applicant to implead Lt. General Pradeep Chandran Nair, Director General of Assam Rifles, Laitkor, Shillong as the Respondent No.3 in the above referred Contempt Petition (C) No.56 of 2020. Therefore, he prayed this Court to allow the present Misc.Application in MC[Cont.Cas(C)] No.62 of 2021 to implead the said person as the 3^rd Respondent in the Contempt Petition (C) No.56 of 2020.

[3] Mr. Salam Samarjeet, learned CGC for the respondents also made no objection.

[4] Therefore, this Misc.Case in MC(Cont.Cas(C)) No.64 of

2021 is allowed.

[5] Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.

[6] The petitioner in Cont.Cas(C) No.56 of 2020 is directed to file a recast petition in Cont.Cas(C) No.56 of 2020.
