Mr. N. Kumarjit, learned Advocate General, Manipur, appearing for the applicants/appellants, states that the Government of Manipur is no longer interested in prosecuting these cases as it has decided to implement the orders under appeal.
In that view of the matter, the miscellaneous cases are dismissed as not
pressed. In consequence, the unnumbered appeals shall not be taken on file.
