The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to return the original title deed relating to S.No.310/part, T.S.No.25, Kottapattu Village, Kulavaipatti, K.Sathanur, Trichy Taluk, Trichy District.

The said property was offered as security

towards repayment of loan borrowed by the petitioner and the original documents relating to the said property was deposited with the respondent bank.

The petitioner claims to have repaid the entire loan amount and therefore he is entitled for return of the original documents.
