This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2^nd respondent to consider and dispose of the Revision petition dated 12.06.2025 and grant separate patta to the petitioner for his respective shares in Survey No. 370/2A2A1, Keeranur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

1 to 4 submitted that a civil suit is already pending between the petitioner and the

Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the revision petition after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 5^th respondent and thereafter dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
