Petition filed under Section 439(1)(B) of Cr.P.C to set aside the impugned order in Crl M.P No. 1280 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and to modify the condition to detain the petitioner in the Special Camp for Foreigners, Trichirappalli in Crl M.P. No.608 of 2022 dated 07.03.2022 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order in Crl M.P No. 1280 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and to modify the condition to detain the petitioner in the Special Camp for Foreigners, Trichirappalli.

2.The petitioner was granted bail on following conditions as per order in Crl.M.P.No.608 of 2022, dated 07.03.2022:

1. The petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand only)

2. The petitioner shall be detained at Special Camp for foreigners at Trichy until further orders

3. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence, threaten, conerce or in any way dissuade the witness to incident.

4. The petitioner shall appear before the Court upon issuance of summons.

3.It is seen that the petitioners are having three or four passports already and he sent as a refugee to other country. He is a Srilankan citizen. Therefore, the trial Court has rightly detained the petitioner in Special Camp for Foreigners, Trichirappalli. This Court finds no infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands

dismissed.
