The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to

direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue a patta to the petitioner's name in Survey No. 118/1A1C and 118/1A3C situated at Panangakudi Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026.

Tahsildar to issue notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and conduct an enquiry and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
