This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the petitioner’s landed property in Survey No.308/2A1A, measuring an extent of 12 cents, situated at Ramasamypatti Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of the petitioner’s representation dated 20.12.2024, after affording necessary opportunity to all parties concerned, within such time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2 . Briefly stated, the background of the case is that this Court by order dated 03.03.2025, directed the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey based on

the writ petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2024. Thereafter, the fifth respondent had filed W.M.P.(MD)No.11569 of 2025 in W.P.(MD)No.5602 of 2025 to recall the said order. This Court, after considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, by order dated 12.06.2025, recalled the said order and disposed of the said Miscellaneous Petition, granting liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the Civil Court in the pending suit in O.S.No.30 of 2025 for seeking appropriate reliefs.

In view of the orders passed, directing the parties to seek remedy before the Civil Court, the question of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the subject property in the present Writ Petition does not arise. Consequently, the Writ Petition is without merit and is dismissed. No costs.
