The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to lay any Tar road in the petitioner's agricultural land in S.No.439/1 in Devathur Village, Ottanchathram Taluk, Dindigul District.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3^rd and 4^th respondents has received written instructions to the effect that they are not going to lay any road in S.No.439/1, which is a private patta land of the writ petitioner.
