This Writ Petition had been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against 2^nd , 3^rd and 4^th respondents to conduct enquiry into the audit objection raised by the 7^th respondent/Local Fund Audit during the period January 2022 to September 2023 made by the 6^th respondent in the 5^th respondent Panchayat and take appropriate action against the 6^th respondent.
