This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 04.11.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 28684 of 2025.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred.
3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent.
4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the respondent, to be printed in the cause list.
