If the petitioner is aggrieved by any unauthorised construction put up by the sixth respondent without obtaining building plan approval, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Division Bench dealing with matters relating to unauthorised constructions. Reserving the right of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
