2 . It is noticed that the said Original Application was filed under Section

64 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959,

for framing a scheme, only on 06.06.2026 and was numbered on 15.06.2026.

3 . Considering the fact that the present writ petition has been filed immediately after the numbering of the said Original Application, I am of the view that the writ petition is premature. The calendar of the Joint Commissioner cannot be regulated by this Court, particularly, when the Joint Commissioner may have several matters that were instituted earlier and are ripe for hearing. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again after lapse of a reasonable period of time, in the event the Original Application is not taken up for hearing. There shall be no order as to costs.
