Mr.N.Rajasekaran who figured as the second respondent in SHRC Case No.5856 of 2010 on the file of the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 04.09.2018. During the pendency of the writ petition, Rajasekran, the writ petitioner passed away. His legal heirs have not come forward to prosecute the matter. Hence, this writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
