The relief sought in this Writ Petition has already been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as a Trustee has been appointed by the second respondent/Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department, vide proceedings dated 10.03.2026. In this regard, the learned Government Standing Counsel has produced before this Court a copy of the instructions received from the Department, which is taken on file. Pursuant thereto, G.O.Ms.No.110, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department, dated 10.03.2026, has also been issued.

2 . Recording the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised, by challenging the aforesaid Government Order. There shall be no order as to costs.
