Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned order in No.USO No.438/TNJFU/Estt/A1/2026 and RC No.1724/TNJFU/A1/2025 dated 14.05.2026 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same.

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No. No.USO No.438/TNJFU/Estt/A1/2026 and proceedings RC No. 1724/TNJFU/A1/2025 dated 14.05.2026 whereby the petitioner herein was placed under suspension by the third respondent pending enquiry into the charges that were already framed against the petitioner.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the entire

enquiry pursuant to the charge memo issued to the petitioner had already

been concluded and the respondents are yet to pass final orders in the matter. But the petitioner was placed under suspension without any cause of action and therefore challenged the impugned proceedings.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner argued the matter at length attacking the impugned suspension order, this Court taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents assuring that the respondents would pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings that were pending against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, on or before 30^th July 2026, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned suspension order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings that were initiated and pending against the petitioner in Charge Memo dated 11.07.2025 on or before 30^th July 2026 and communicate the same to the petitioner.

If there are any subsistence allowance arrears, if any, shall be
