The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a proper enquiry into the alleged irregular allotment of lands comprised in Survey Nos. 87/1A1, 87/1B2, 87/1A3, 87/1C, 88/1A, 89/1A, 89/1B, and 89/2 situated at Thumbala Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, to ineligible persons claiming to be landless poor, and consequently to demarcate the plots and issue pattas to all eligible beneficiaries by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2026.
