The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a

direction to the respondents to conduct a detailed survey of the cart tracks situated in Ennai Village in Survey Nos. 172, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179 and 285 situated in llupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District and to demarcate and subdivide the said pathways as approximately 8 meters wide cart tracks in continuation of the cart tracks already demarcated in Survey Nos. 159 and

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 03.03.2025 would be considered and that the authorities concerned

would conduct a survey of the land in question in the presence of all the

¶39

parties concerned.

6.In such view of the matter, the authorities concerned are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after conducting a survey in the place in question, after issuing notice to the petitioner and all other parties concerned, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No
