5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of, within a time frame.

In such view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
