The petitioner submitted a representation before the third respondent for regularization of the unapproved plot/lay out formed by the petitioner in the name and style of New Garden comprised in the lands in Survey Nos. 43/2A1A1A1A1, 43/15, 43/16, 43/17, 43/18, 43/19, 43/20, 43/21A, Navalkadu Village, Esanthimangalam Panchayat, Thovalai Block, Kanniyakumari District, ad-measuring 7488.80 sq.mts.

The petitioner states that all the requisite documents are enclosed along with the representation and therefore he is entitled for regularisation of unauthorised lay outs, thereby, satisfied all the requirements. But the third respondent has not acted upon the representation.

Learned State counsel submitted that the representation

submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
