The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ

of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take necessary legal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 and in turn the first respondent directing the third respondent to take on file the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2025.
